Design Brief
The goal of the Project is to design a maintenance system which offers the opportunity to wine enthusiasts to age their wine and taste it in its optimal condition, while decorating their environment with a stylish and elegant peace of furniture. The system is designed to promote the sequence of a ritual process, emphasizing the romantic element of the wine, in the common area of the user's home.
This system matures and preserves two different types of wines and is inspired by the ritual habits of people who love the world of wine. The goal is to encourage users to share the experience with friends and relatives by carrying out the process in public view so that everyone can enjoy it.
In the center of the system there is a folding shelf which contains four glasses, two cloths, a corkscrew, a chisel and a tray. The glass surface allows viewers to admire the entire collection of bottles inside the system.
