If you've ever previewed font styles either in a book or on your computer software, there's one particualr pangram which i'm sure you'll have come across at some point: the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
A simple method of displaying every character in the alphabet for that chosen font/typeface.
I could feel a personal challenge coming on. Two and a half hours of my working day is spent commuting so I thought I'd put the time to good use by seeing if I could create my own pangram. I used every bit of newsprint white space I could find (a challenge in itself) to scribble/eraser/stet every character, word, sentence.
A couple of commutes later, this is the result. I'd like to call this round 1 as I'm sure I'll attempt another, tighter pangram at some point. I've also tried to give it an interesting typographical style and visually represent the message.
I welcome your comments and critiques.
