The main territory of the complex is occupied by playgrounds for various activities: skate-park, snow-park, a rink for mass roller skating, open sports grounds and football field, zones for calm rest and food courts. Shopping and entertainment mall (boutiques, bowling, fitness centre, hairdresser’s, laundry, dry cleaner, etc.) is situated underground and is lit by big lamps from the level above. 

The main purpose of architectural and dimensional decisions of the buildings is to connect them to the environment, convey openness and provide free circulation of pedestrians. The objective of the project is to make architecture not only more ecological and integrated into the environment, but also to make it symbolic, able to attract attention of every person.

In this complex all usual commercial and entertainment functions are hidden underground, which let us leave valuable natural space under the open sky for so much needed nowadays active and calm activities for people of different socio-economic backgrounds and different ages.

At present in Russian Federation we can witness disappearance of playgrounds, parks, squares. Each free city space is taken over by construction. In the near decade the city is threatened to turn into a world of sharp contrasts: multi storied slums and the so-called town houses – two-three storied cottages. The majority of people are estranged from the land, accesses to the river, open landscapes – the ability to feel the vast spaces and see natural horizons.
