Voice Magazine
An art and design publication focusing on art, music, and culture based in London.
To help Voice envision issue one, Summer Pictures, we designed the word mark, name, and editorial design and supplied the photography for the cover. The brief was to create a visual identity that was classical and modern, while also being connected to London. To accomplish this, we took inspiration from the designer of the London Underground typeface and symbol, Edward Johnston. Using his calligraphy work as inspiration, we could connect the three main points of the brief, modern, classical, and connected to
the city.
