Consists of Administrative, Commercial and Medical as they are the main components of the project.

The lower three levels house public facilities for retail and entertainment. The levels above provide work spaces for clusters of innovative business
Curved slab edges create a world of continuous mutual adaption and fluid movement between each story
Gathering hub plaza is dedicated to bars, restaurants and cafes that offer view's over porch's landmark
The outdoor terraces of the first floor is dedicated to restaurants and cafes that offer views along one of the greatest avenues of the city
