BRIEF: The developers wanted to fully furnish a three bedroom penthouse apartment and private roof terrace as a show apartment to entice a potential buyer. This apartment was transformed from a blank white box into a vibrant space that reflects the culture of it's surroundings. Most furniture was sourced locally in South Africa with a few exceptions. All beds were custom designed, new grey mirror cladding to existing column detailed and fitted.
