So, my first Uni project kicks off with the brief... Pick a word and run with it and learn design as a process. Masses of reseach into the sickening life of a battery hen gave me scope for wierd and wonderful, dark ideas, that would impact the audience, hopefully putting them off buying battery farm eggs. Its sad to know that in this day and age a hen has so little room to move around that its forced to live in a space the size of two adult hands its whole life. 67 Square Inches is the exact amount... i make that 25cm/18cm. Here is my reply to a very open and enjoyable 2 week starter brief followed by some work in progress shots. Enjoy.
