RaiseMyLeader.org was developed to support LeaderLuncheon, the YWCA of O'ahu's largest fundraising event. Built on a wordpress platform, RML.org's primary purpose was to allow the community to celebrate and congratulate the 10 event honorees via their comments. RML.org also served to promote the event, allow gifting on behalf of the honorees, provide a portal to purchase seats and share broadcast dates/times and interview videos.
