We pitched on a job for EA game to come up with an intro animation for the latest in its Need For Speed franchise, 'Most Wanted' The brief was pretty relaxed, they didnt want a typical car intro, it could be abstract, it could be a dark setting, all this equelled a dream brief. I created some styleframes that captured the pace of the game with the speed of the chase. I used objects that almost morph from one shape to another drifting across a skyline far above a city. It was moody, energetic and the client loved them....until we started going into production wher upon we had to change it completely. I still love these old frames, it would of been exciting if they had managed to come alive.
