New York City in Anamorphic, Dec 2018
Shot on Ektar 100 film with a dual lens anamorphic setup — Contax Zeiss 85 2.8 or 135 2.8 combined with a Sankor 16f anamorphic projector lens on a Nikon FE.
I find that the visual character and imperfections this anamorphic film setup produces compliment the character of the city very well, making it an excellent pairing —
they're both broad, rich and messy around the edges.
