This Version of the controller was actually my first ever working PCB. It has some advantages over its older tightly packed version 1 in:
1-Space
- In this version i had so much space which wasn't an option in version 1 which had two processors in a one 7x5cm board.
- Since i separated this version of the controller into two parts, I had larger space to fit more components in the board.
- I got rid of the unneccesary 5V reguloator to save space and instead powered the board with 5V directly from the motor's ESC.
2- Organizing
- This version was much better than the first one in the packing and designing of the PCB;
I had more skills after designing V1 that made it better in many things regarding the shape and complexity in V2.
