Adobe Premiere Task:
In a group of 2 person, we were assigned to create a simple narrative film about 15-30 secs. For this task, the flow of the story is up for us to choose. So we came up with a video called "Aslam: Slice of life"

The video is about how young Aslam spend his daily life at home in front of his PC. Most of the time, he do usually play games for hours. But just for this certain day, he decided to watch a short animated film.

The video is edited with just a simple cuts and color corrected, no color grading applied.
As half of the viewing experience is the audio, you can see there is a lot of sound effects that we add onto the video, some sound effects are layered to make them sound as close to the real world as possible, such as the light switch sound effect, there are two sound combined to make the flip of the switch sounds more solid and plasticky.

Door opening
Door creak
Wall switch flick
Door closing
Chair creak
Toy rattle (used when he took out the headset from the side)
Mechanical keyboard typing

What went wrong during production is that the footage is under exposed and we tried to adjust the exposure when editing and the results is grainy.
