We turned creatures of habit into guests of the world’s most distinctive array of hotel brands. In doing that, we needed to showcase the various types of experiences one can have at all of the different types of properties, so we went on a whirlwind (and worldwide) photo shoot with Simon Watson to Celebrate our Differences.

We made program members aware of their entire portfolio, including new additions. Our now-familiar theme continued its journey, spreading the news to program members in print, in the mail, on property, and online.
