This is a personal project that originated from my love for hot sauce and my Indonesian and Dutch roots. Super super sambal comes in four different flavours; oelek, terasi, matah and idjo. (Oelek is actually originally made with a pestle and mortar - however this would be done industrially.)
The four different flavours come in different packaging with colours that represent the flavour.
