2020년 3월, COVID-19 펜데믹으로 인해 예정되어 있던 공무원 시험이 연기되었습니다. 갑작스러운 루틴의 붕괴, 학습 환경 변화로 정상적인 응시가 불가능한 상황이었습니다. 미뤄진 시험에 대한 대책이 필요했습니다.
In March 2020, the scheduled civil service exam was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was impossible to take a normal test due to the sudden collapse of the routine and changes in the learning environment. Measures were needed for the delayed test.
현시점 수험생이 가장 필요로하는 것을 파악하기 위해 공단기 오프라인 수강생을 대상으로 설문을 진행했습니다. 수험생들은 사회적 거리 두기로 인해 평소 공부하던 환경을 이용하지 못하는 경우가 많았고, 상황이 얼마나 지속될지 모르는 불확실성으로 인한 불안을 가지고 있었습니다.
At this point, we conducted a survey of offline students in the industrial complex to find out what the examinee needs the most. Test takers were often unable to use the environment they used to study due to social distancing, and they had anxiety due to uncertainty about how long the situation would last.
