Challenge: Create a pile of fresh fruit by combining multiple images. Try importing your composite into Lightroom for finishing touches.
I definitely, ran out of time on this one. Photo retouching and finishing are hard. I guess that is why it is a very high-paying job. I was unable to get the composition to look better in Lightroom partially because I ran out of time and because I have not worked in Lightroom enough to understand how to make a composite of images look like an actual photo.

Challenge: Design the packaging label for a fictional brand of organic fruit juice.
I ran out of time while working on this. It was just starting to come together. I wish I had had more time.

Challenge: Add makeup to any subject using Blending Modes and Brushes.
This was fascinating. I always wondered how people added makeup in Photoshop. I completed the task in two different ways. One, drawing on a layer and then adjusting the opacity. Two, fill a layer with the desired color, mask it with black, change the blend mode to soft light, turn the opacity down low and add the color in with a white brush. I anticipate using it a lot once I have a job or projects or whatever. There are so many ways to do things.

Challenge: Create the ‘spray’ effect for an air freshener product shot using selection and masking tools.
This project was interesting. I had to redo parts several times. I am pretty happy with the outcome considering the two-hour limit. A couple of more hours would have vastly improved the final product. I discovered posterize so that is something.

Challenge: Use Sky Replacement in Photoshop, alongside editing tools in Lightroom to brighten the mood in an overcast photo.
This project was interesting. There was a lot of trial and error and I tried to use several tools I thought would give me the results I wanted.

If I was doing this again I would have made 3 layers, the sky, the water, and the palm trees and buildings. It would have allowed me to make the palm trees look sharper and would have made making the water brighter easier.

Challenge: Create a custom mockup with an editable environment and colors.
I did not make a custom mockup but I accomplished the point of the challenge. I added stamps I created as part of another PS Creative Challenge and placed them in the frames. It could be a template.
