FESTIVAL DE ARTE URBANO POR LA IGUALDAD / MURAL
Mural for the street art festival: "Festival de Arte Urbano por la Igualdad" organised by Madrid Street Art Project in Alcobendas (Madrid).
This year's theme was Women and Leadership:
For me, feminist leadership means challenging the structures of power, which are always traversed by the patriarchal system, and breaking down hierarchies. Focusing on collective construction in order to achieve real equality. With my proposal I wanted to represent this new idea of leadership, in which the definition of power is redefined: diverse women building together, strengthening their peculiarities, those that make them unique. Different hands doing a jigsaw puzzle that symbolises creative cooperation, horizontality and care of each other as central axes of change towards a new model of feminist leadership.
