The small Andalusian town of Antequera is famous (among other things) for its distinctively diamond-shaped bread, named “mollete”. The guys at La Molletería decided to start a fast-good-food chain which concept revolves around the mollete and the unique gastronomy and ingredients from the south of Spain. At Rivolta we designed their logo, brand identity, stationery and other pieces. This is a poster I made, illustrating the life cycle of a mollete bread, from wheat fields to final consumption.
