Images That Move - Final Luma Matte
I was really happy with this Luma Matte, i think it came out really well, i think the darkness of the wallet works well with the brightness of the logo, really making it pop, it shows a great amount of detail of both the wallet itself, like the material, and the logo. The ink itself does a really great job of revealing the actual wallet and logo but the slow-motion of the ink makes it so much better, building suspense and making the audience more curious.
This was the first draft of the main Luma Matte, i am still happy with it but after showing it to my lecturer he pointed out a very good point about it, there is a lot of negative space at the top of the Luma Matte, to help with this he suggested having a tag line or the company name, i chose to just use the companies name as i think this would help it much better in presenting the company even more. I had written the name at the top of the LM but i felt that it would look much better and presentable having the name of the company in the centre at the top and having each word below each other, i then decided to add a line through the centre of the words, I've seen this before and i think it gives a much more formal look to it.
