Photo Shooting, retouching and 3D modelling for a Berenger Vaysse winery
Set of photos and 3D renders I've made for a french exclusive winery. The goal was to achieve atmospheric, high-class, serious visuals. To do that I decided to combine, in most cases, real photography with 3D renders (made in Blender).
The wine bottle photo was pretty tricky to take with the very limited equipment I had at that time. It was taken with just one cheap lamp with a  small softbox. In the end, I used 7 shots with different lighting, stacked in Photoshop.
The same method was used in the cork photo. The final image is a result of stacking around 6-7 shots taken with different lighting.
3D render of a wine bottle made in Blender. As the shape of the object was pretty easy to model, it took less time to make it in 3D and place it on a ready background with some tweak to make the glass a bit more transparent. The only thing that still bothers me is the tag, but I didn't have the original one in my hands at that time.
To show a very specific shape of the bottle I've decided to take photos with a strong, contrast light, placed, so it highlights the curvatures.
The last two images the client asked for, was made fully in 3D and combined with a smoke drawn in Photoshop. I'm still not convinced of the idea, but as the client insisted, I cannot argue.
And in the end, the detail photo and the cork showed in the videos above
