House Kelder

House Kelder is a fresh and daring project yet in many ways traditional project for a holiday apartment house situated in steep hills of Italian Dolomites. The design company Mahlknecht-Comploi Architektenhas requested only one CGI image which would help them to communicate with their client as well as with the potential guests.
As the only image has been commissioned, it had to be a credible image. Low-laying wide-angle camera with a slight vertical shift gives the building a dynamic appearance. The afternoon sun creates a cosy atmosphere, illuminates the features of the facade and lets interior lights pop out.
The CGI facade simulation has helped the investor and the designer to make the right choice of shapes and materials.
