(video, 2020) My grand'ma, a poem from a 6 year old

Video made as an hommage to a dear grand-mother.
(I recorded my son describing his poetic point of view, and edited a few videos I took though the years)

"My grand'ma
She likes to swim, to go on a walk
To eat Grand'pa's deserts
especially before bedtime!

Yeah, she likes makin' fire
She likes to decorate with leaves and branches and all sorts of stuff she finds.

My grand'ma's good at making maple syrup
My grand'ma sings well and she's good at reading stories.

She's good at making treasure hunts.

My grand'ma says cool things like "oopsy daisies", "oh gracious", "oh heaven sakes", "ooooh shucks", "ooow bless his heart".

She calls a small object a "puppy".

I like it when my grand'ma says the names of the flowers that we see.
I love it when my grand'ma gives me ice cream, when she cooks a nice diner.
I like her film choices.

I like it when I take my bath, she says "all washed up" and then we can read some stories.

I love you Grand'ma!"

(Song at the end: Morning Clover, by Long Range Hustle)
