Sculpture installed on Plaza del Callao, in the center of Madrid, during the Urvanity Art fair.
"The Cube" is a volume formed by four "neo-paintings" assembled together, creating a sculptural body, and highlighting the current research on the union and thelinks between painting and sculpture.
It reinterprets the idea of digital paintings in volumetric bodies, with cuts through industrial processes, such as oxycutting. With this, we find ourselves with a "neo-painting", an already coined term for what are considered paintings in theirpurity and purpose but not in their execution.
