Without one or other it is useless, Both are needed to drive the cosmos.They are likened to the two hemispheres of the brain.The ruling Angels are the Ophanim, meaning wheels and the "Mazloth" is the 12 signs of the Zodiac stemming from the first Light Known as the Yod which all the other Hebrew Letters stem from.This Art Represents the fufilment of Divine Destiny.and is Male and Phallic in Nature.

The Third Intelligence is called Sanctifying Intelligence, the Foundation of Primordial Wisdom; it is also called the creator of Faith, and its roots are in Amen.It is the Parent of Faith, whence Faith Emanates.

Properly, Da'at is not a sephirah, but rather is all ten sephirot united as one. Nevertheless, Da'at is sometimes counted as a sephirah instead of Keter, from the perspective of finite creation using Da'at to represent the "reflection of" (the "inner dimension" of) the infinity of Kether (Keter).
