Erik Bernardi and Jason Wulf are the founders of Lake Effect Artisan Ice Cream in Lockport, New York. These two high school teachers have been creating unique and sometimes spectacularly strange ice cream flavors since their business was born out of a backyard competition between the two lifelong friends.
