THAT'S NOT A TRAFFIC LIGHT
One of the most popular CGI pictures of my collection.
I started doing this kind of artwork watching traffic lights in foggy scenes on the internet. In the place I live there's no fog, so I created it.
I made it in Blender 2.90, each LED has 4 types of virtual light, in order to give the most realistic and organic shape in the volumetric fog.
