This polaroid photo mockup started with Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa painted in 1503. I wanted to take a bit of Modern Art and Renaissance art and try and put them together. My vision for this was the body of the Mona Lisa would represent older art and the face of Kylie Jenner would represent new art. I also had that same vision when creating the polaroid and tried to relate the caption and date on the polaroid to a painting hanging in a museum. Since both the Mona Lisa and the polaroid are portraits it allowed me to bring both of those aspects together nicely, giving the Mona Lisa a modern touch.
