The negative relationship between harassment and the psychophysiological health of employees in a company has received increasing attention recently. However, the conditions under which these negative impacts can be reduced is unknown. As a solution to this problem, +FORTE was born.
+FORTE is a social program for young workers or students who have or are experiencing workplace harassment and would like professional advice on the matter. The social program promotes personal counseling for young people attending to this problem. Likewise, foster a sense of strength and empowerment through workshops, courses and collaborations among other peers.
The name +FORTE (More forte) was created from the term 'forte', defined as the strongest point, characteristic, talent or most developed ability of a person; something in which one excels. Born under the concept of rebirth, the project combines the use of bold typography and the inspiration of the colors of the flame.
