Every year, Serralves Museum opens its doors to the general public to celebrate the beginning of Autumn. This festival attracts numerous families from the big city to its gardens, to introduce them to different Portuguese practices and traditions, as well as to promote a more sustainable and healthier relationship with nature. It includes educational workshops, music, dance, and science activities.
