SO`USE is a German digital platform for restaurants, bars and hotels. Now, the company is actively working with the European audience and is going to enter the Russian market soon.
Thanks to this service, customers can use restaurant or hotel services without any help from waiters and administrators: book a room or a table, choose meals, pay for their order. SO`USE helps restaurant owners to manage the kitchen, warehouse and staff, interact with customers and suppliers.
The service was originally conceived as an ordering system for bars, but after the launch had turned out successfully, the owners decided to adapt it for the entire hospitality industry. We needed to clarify the positioning of the company, come up with a suitable name and develop a corporate identity system. It was important to find an image that would be equally suitable for IT and the hospitality industry; that would be equally close and understandable to both b2b and b2c clients.
SO`USE is a business digitalization platform that helps business owners to simplify their work and become more accessible to their visitors and customers.
The name SO`USE sounds like “sauce” that can make any dish tastier and more exquisite. But in fact, it is a combination of the words “so” and “use” that emphasize the usefulness and practicality of the platform.
With SO`USE, no app, software or hardware is needed, just a QR code.
The main detail of the dynamic logo is the apostrophe, which changes depending on the specific service industry.
A pattern is formed of variations of the apostrophe. Brand colors, the font and the pattern become the basis of graphics forming the whole style.
Having grown from a simple ordering system, SO`USE has already turned into a full-fledged business management system for the hospitality industry. Business analytics has been added to the platform's functions: a possibility to monitor the quality of employees' work, determine the average check and popularity of goods and services. The flexible and laconic brand style is easily adaptable to any development area that the company chooses, and to any new audience.
