The Brief:
Create an engaging typographic poster to promote cybersecurity in everyday life. The design also needs to work in a digital format to be used on large-scale screens.
The solution:
After researching what are the most significant threats when it comes to cybersecurity, I identified misuse of passwords as one of the weakest links in terms of keeping a protected environment. With this premise in mind, I experimented with different ways to showcase this in a typographic way.
The Process
The final poster is inspired by the lines of code behind the software we use. Hidden messages are placed in the code lines to signify how easy it is to corrupt or infiltrate our data. Simultaneously, the bottom shows a character input form, where the password 12345 is being typed on, to relate to a less technical audience.
