Concept and illustration

Project for a climbing gym. Included developing an illustration style that went together with their current visual profile, as well as icons and visual solutions to communicate the saftey ruels and etiquette of climbing. Ongoing project for Klättercentret, published with their permission and will be further developed in 2021. 

Illustration style + icons

The illustration style is aimed to be playful, but not too childish, with the aim to portray androgynous climbers.

Developing icons

For climbing, not very many icons have been developed yet. Developing these icons makes me one of the first designers to create icons for climbing. The challenge was therefore to design something that would work even though it might not be as intuitive, since it might be the first time the user sees it.
