CLIENT
HeadHunter is one of the largest job and employee search websites in the world. They create cutting-edge technologies across all available platforms so that employers can quickly find the right employee and job seekers can find a good job. Every day HeadHunter helps hundreds of thousands of people to change their lives for the better.
TASK
The client came up with his own concept. It was based on phrases each starting with "Employees for those who...". Their main request was to create an epic mood in the video. The target audience was business owners and heads of departments of human resources.
IMPLEMENTATION
The main goal of the video was to put business owners into the spotlight and show the recruitment process from their perspective.
Script
Together with the client, we have developed a script, which consisted of four scenes with characters and story-driven scenes for each character. For the illustrations has been chosen clean minimalistic style. In the final stages, we have decided to add minimalistic animated patterns to fill free space.

Character Design
We created the character designs trying to make the target audience recognize themselves. Head of a transport company, owner of a cleaning agency, specialist in the space industry, foreman of a construction company.
