Photoshop - Phrase/Idiom Design Poster
BRIEF
A final project for a basic photoshop course, our objective was to visually interpret a common idiom or phrase used in present-day. Relative to popular environmental movements, the phrase I chose to use was "Home Grown". An addition to this phrase was: "Living Sustainably" - a simple definition of my own concept.
CONCEPT
As a phrase defined, home-grown refers to growing your own crops naturally - free of harmful pesticides. My concept for this design was to use the phrase in a literal, word-for-word sense by turning a mushroom into a small house with the use of several layers and effects.
