The 24th theme of Weekend-works is 'Candle holder'.
세상엔 다양한 초와 촛대가 존재한다. 아름다운 조형을 가진 제품들과 향기로운 향을 머금은 제품들까지 말이다. 나는 내가 평소에 느끼던 향초의 불편함을 조금이나마 줄일 수 있는 초와 촛대를 만들어내고자 했다. 초는 시간과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 초를 통해 시간의 흐름을 파악할 수 있기도 하지만 한편으로 꺼야 할 시간을 놓쳐 제 시간에 끄지 못해 신경을 써야만 하기도 하다. 그런 점에서 나는 방안에 향기를 가득 메우고 스스로 꺼지는 초가 있으면 어떨까라는 생각을 했고, 이런 나의 생각이 담긴 '0.5H Candle'을 소개한다.
There are various candles and candlesticks in the world. Products with beautiful shapes, products with fragrant scents. I wanted to create candles and candlesticks that could reduce the discomfort of the scented candle that I usually felt. Candles are closely related to time. You can grasp the flow of time through Candles, but on the other hand, you may have to pay attention because you missed the time to turn it off. In this regard, I thought it would be nice if there were candles in the room that filled the fragrance and turned off on their own. I introduce the design of '0.5H Candle'.
You can store your personal items through a tray with a candlestick.
Various CMFs can create a combination that suits each interior.
You can choose scented candles with various scents.
It has a total of three parts: candle holder, candle, and tray.
