Brief: 

The Objective: Educate consumers about the difference between mixer-grinders and food processors, and increase sales.

Target Person: Saloni, 32 years old, mother of two, works in an MNC as as a Sales Executive. Her household income is around Rs 1.20 lakh. She finds it difficult to manage the house, the kids and her career, so she is open to using gadgets that save time and effort – but she is not a gadget freak, and will only buy a gadget which genuinely saves her time and effort and does not require drastic lifestyle changes. She is very particular about the food she prepares hygienically for her family, and loves to experiment in the kitchen, especially on weekends.
