While working on my first office project execution in January, I couldn't help but eavesdrop on some employees who stated that they could not wait to become bosses to have more superior offices. Indeed, I laughed, but It made me realize how design can affect employee motivation, performance, and productivity. When I was called on this new design, it was done to inspire and motivate employees to grow and be productive. The design shows simplicity yet elegance & prestige.
