Building a line of packaged good for a brand with a solid foundation has to be done with respect for its history. In our approach we focussed on Zane Caplansky, his brilliant personality and his ability to make us all smile - whether in his Deli, in a line up at his truck or on the street - Zane always has a story to pass on, just as stoies were passed onto him.
