Aesthetic Patient Education & Post-Consultation Conversion Tool
Pinpoint's work on these branded tools elevate the patient education and consultation process for Aspire Med Spa.
We started by writing web content and gathering visual assets (infographics, video, and B&A images) for each of their procedures, and Influx Marketing designed and developed the web pages.

Then, we created a consultation treatment plan booklet to credential the practice and showcase each of their key procedures. Each procedure page featured a B&A result, infographic, a call to action, and a QR code to tie to the associated web landing page. At the back of the treatment plan booklet, the provider could check mark and notate the procedures they recommended, along with sequence, timing, and pricing. To partner with this, we created a Cosmetic Interest Questionnaire with visual prompts and space to fill in Individualized information.

These tools serve as a way for patients to have easy reference to recall/remember their consultation, and sets Aspire apart as a highly personalized and solutions-based practice, keen on keeping patients educated and in-the-know with coordinated tools tied together online, in print, and in practice.
