Audible Ad + App Copy (2015)

Ad Copywriter - I live for assignments like this one: list all the monsters, villains, and romantic characters from literature for a series of print ads.

UX Copywriter – App: I renamed the existing Audible app badges with a literary theme that was more in keeping with our product and wrote supporting copy.


UX strategy and writing: The team was tasked with revisiting the legacy membership cancellation flow, which was a whopping, un-customer-friendly 8 steps when we got our hands on it. UX strategy often requires straddling customer needs and business needs in a way that upholds the brand promise while supporting and explaining the experience. After negotiating with Marketing, we got it down to 3 steps, with a thoughtful save attempt at steps 1 and 2.

Step 2 of use case: canceling customer has credits, selected "Not sure membership is worth the price".
