Slick Object Transitions recreation
Hello Everyone!!!! I am back in making another task for my work. This time we are to create a nice smooth transition of one object to another. So any asset found in this video is made by yours truly. But before I explain my process here is the video that I manage to create.
After I am done creating the vector object, I import the footage to Adobe After Effects. It is important that I make sure that I tick both the " Create Composition " and make sure the file is in footage when I try to import the Adobe Illustrator file.
After that is done, the file will then automatically separate the layer that I individually separate to a composition which are separated in a folder. Double clicking the composition will reveal the layer in a timeline which in term can be manipulated for motion movement.
As for the motion to the graphic, I mostly use keyframe to move, scale or change its anchor according so it changes its value overtime. When I try to overlap the graphic, I use the masking tool and make sure it happens in a few frames so that it execute smoothly. I keep repeating these process for the rest of the graphics.
And that is how I create my work for Adobe After Effects. And the rest I just cut any dragging footage and add music to add a whimsical feeling to it and background so that the video does not feel empty. Huge thanks to Mt Mograph in providing tutorial for this work. That is all I did for my work, hopefully I get to use more of this kind of graphic and i'll be seeing you guys in my next work.
