VENTO & ASSOCIATI - logo & corporate identity

VENTO & ASSOCIATES
Logo and corporate identity
At the time the headquarters of the Agency was located on the 16th floor of one of the iconic buildings of Milan, the Torre Valasca. Reinforced concrete pillars characterize the structure of this building: the Milanese people jokingly call them  "garters". Designed by the renowned Studio BBPR of Lodovico Barbiano di Belgiojoso, Enrico Peressutti and Ernesto Nathan Rogers, the Torre Velasca was built between 1956 and 1957 and became one of the symbols of the economic boom and, in general, of the city of Milan. Since 2011 it is protected by the Soprintendenza per i Beni Culturali, the government agency that watches over the cultural heritage in Italy. At few steps from Piazza Duomo, the unmistakable silouhette of the Torre Velasca rises above the roofs of old buildings, featuring the skyline of downtown Milan.
The client specifically requested that the new logo of the agency evokes this prestigious building.
