Kazbek is 5033 m.p.n and it is one of the highest and most beautiful and most visited mountains of Caucasus. It is located in the East part of Central Caucasus, in the Georgia.

Caucasus mountains are just fascinating, with good inhabitants.

But this one, from the last two pictures has stolen a pack of our candies!

It is me, on the last photo! I had slept a couple of hours that day,

so I have enough energy to capture couple of night shots later :D

Looking at these pictures today, I'm realizing that Sigma 24 1.8 wasn't quite good lens in terms of sharpness and overall image quality, but it gives something from a kind of analog era feeling to me

This good boi lives at Betlemi Hut, the shelter builded in 1933 at an altitude of 3653 meters. 

Nature is really different starting at 3900+ m.p.n and there is not so much oxygen to breathe in. I have experienced minor health problems, so I stayed at our camp and didn't reach the Summit of Kazbek.
