Media Sandbox Branding
Merging Michigan State Univeristy's College of Communication Arts and Sciences
This was an assignment done for class. MSU is in the process of creating a program that integrates all of the communication arts programs. The name Media Sandbox is meant to suggest the fun and creativity that comes from playing in a sandbox. Our assignment was to create a logo for this program and apply it to a letterhead, envelope, business card and a potential homepage for Sandbox's website.
These are logo explorations that I did. Each one works to represent the program as a whole and is able to stand on its own. Each exploration was done in InDesign, the logos are a combination of typeface and pen tool design.
This is the logo that I designed for the Media Sandbox. It is in color as well as black and white.
Here, the logo is applied to a letterhead.
