COgnitive behavioural therapy inspired posters
A series of reflective writing based on cognitive behavioural therapy. Using the different distortions as a theme for my creative expression, I visualised them into my own learnings. Each one of these pieces aims to help us build better relationship with ourselves and those around us. So, take it as you wish!
PS. CBT is a psychological treatment to improve mental health and do not necessarily require a professional in order to practice. I am not a professional and am using it as a framework!
