Currently the eRail train timetable website has significant issues in information architecture & hierarchy, messaging, accessibility and consistency in layout and color-scheme which increases cognitive load of any user and significant loss of time as well. Doing primary research I understood the most important information sought after by people and redesigned a new train card having 3 tiers of information to reduce information hunting time & cognitive load. 

Tier 1  : Showing most important info like Train name, train No, No of Days travelling in a week, Departure & Arrival time & travel time

Tier 2 : Live Status, Route Map & Stations

Tier 3 : Fare details, Seat layout & coach layout at stations

      Along with redesigning the whole timetable page , I redesigned the homepage and the mobile version of eRail as well
