The following are a series of images of a Meerkat, not just any meerkat but a meerkat Cricketer. One who will go down in the history books digging in and squeaking out a victory scoring 175 off 250 balls in the first innings then to go onto win the match for the Diggers in the second innings scoring 235 off 270 balls not out! Posing for his Post match photographs Burrah will go down in history as one of the greatest meerkats to ever play the beautiful sport known as Meer/Cricket. "It was a tough but as long as the ball was coming at me I knew I could win" quote from Burrah.   

Burrah Claims fame as the Meerkat who stared down adversity when all hope was lost and triumphed against the dogged and viscous attack of the mongoose to secure victory for the embattled diggers. What a feat!

To get these images I used a 24-105mm lens and had it zoomed to 57mm, I set the shutter speed to 1/4th of a second, F/5.6 and Iso/250. I used a cardboard box as an impromptu mini studio and used my V1 Godox flashgun on lamp setting at level 10 for the back and reflected lighting. The camera I used was a Canon Eos R6 mirrorless camera. I also used a corded trigger to take these photos as I didn't want to touch the camera when shooting. I also used a manfrotto multi joint tripod and as you can see I believe these images have come out rather nicely.
