As an intern for DAESA, I work with clients to create marketing materials for events on campus. My goals are to create interesting designs for several clients from various departments at the University, through several marketing outlets. I had to learn to adapt to projects begun by other interns, follow branding guidelines, and work in real world situations with clients and vendors.
Along with designing, I would work with vendors, meet with clients, and collaborate on the Student Communication Plan; a project developed to consolidate multiple forms of communication into one outlet for students to obtain information for events on campus.
