HERO CLUB PROTOTYPE

A location based game prototype we've worked at Shipyard Games in 2019.

SCREENSHOTS
These are actual prototype screenshots. Our team managed to create a rich and beautiful world full of things to do, based entirely on map data. So wherever you'll open the game - there will be a full of content world around you.  





TILES
The game world is generated by map data and consists of hexagons. All terrain features, like woods, roads, sand, water etc. are represented accurately.

NPCs
Thanks to awesome concepts we've created few casual and fun characters,
like big friendly aunty hippo or punk carrot.

WEAPONS
The goal for this prototype was to create a set of fun looking non violent weapons
with different rarities, and possibility to use resources from map as ammunition. 





ITEMS
Everything in the game world is interactable, so the player is able to find a lot of interesting things and components to craft and cook. 





GUI
The goal was to create a casual looking contrasted UI, that'll work on the colorful busy background. The avatar used in mockup is ff69 Minecraft Avatar artwork from deviantart.





RESEARCH
These are some research we've done, trying to figure out the style for the game, including some UI, icons etc.
