Awkward Phase (Metrolinx)
Metrolinx was going through an awkward phase. Before this government transit agency could blossom into the world-class system it was always meant to be, the region's residents were dealing with route diversions, messy intersections, and never-ending construction.

To generate positive brand sentiment and get the public through this transit... er... transition, we enlisted the help of a few spokespeople going through a few changes of their own.
